The information you provide us with when placing on order online is used to process and complete your order. We will not share this information with any outside parties excepting Canada Post (or delivery service of your choice) in order to complete the shipping of your order. We may contact you if there is a question regarding your order. If that is the case, we will use the email address and/or telephone number you provide us with when placing your order.

SHIPPING
We use Canada post as our primary method of shipping. All shipments are insured and trackable. Should you wish to have your order sent by another method, please advise us via email () and we’ll do our best to assist you. We will provide a shipping quote for you as our shipping rate is only for shipments sent via Canada Post.
In-stock items will ship within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday excepting Holidays) from receipt of order. Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient.
You will be notified of any out of stock items on your order. We apologize for this inconvenience and naturally, you can chose to wait for their arrival or cancel your pending order.
RATES FOR CANADIAN ORDERS
Flat rate of $8.00 *
RATES FOR USA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For USA orders: Flat rate of $11.00 *
For international orders (other than USA), the shipping rates are calculated on an individual basis. As we are not privy to your credit card information, we will contact you with a shipping quote and to arrange payment for any additional shipping charges.
Returns And Exchanges
Pigglies wants you to be delighted with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to exchange or return socks (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The socks have to be unused, with labels and packaging intact.
Please email us at for a return authorization number upon receipt of your shipment. The refund will be posted onto the same credit card used at time of purchase via PayPal. Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a refund and a copy of the original receipt must also be included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Please ask us and we will be glad to help with tips and suggestions of how to do this most cost effectively.
Complaints Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged socks, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new socks or a refund, depending on your wish.
To file a complaint, please contact us target. Kindly state your order number and your complaint, and we will address the issue via email.
If you received a delivery from Pigglies Socks containing damaged or wrongly packaged socks, Pigglies will be glad to exchange it for you & the shipping charge will be waived on replacements.
TAXES
British Columbia residents are subject to the same taxes they would be charged at a bricks-and-mortar shop. These are 12% HST on all adult apparel & 5% on child’s apparel. All Canadian residents are subject to 5% GST. Customers who are ordering internationally are not subject to any Canadian taxes.
CUSTOMS + DUTIES
For international deliveries, customs and duties charges may be calculated by the destination country.Pigglies can’t be responsible for any such charges or potential delays in delivery caused by customs clearance. ( we’re just a sock company -not the boss of everything)
